Kettavan stalled ??
Silambarasan’s Kettavan is making news again!!. The latest we hear on Kettavan is that the film has been kept in deep freezer.Discussing this Simbu says, “We will revive the project sometime in March next year and as of now my new film titled Silambattam will be launched on November 12, for producers Lakshmi Movie Makers.”
Kettavan has been in news ever since it was launched. Directed by Nandhu, the movie was launched with great fanfare with VJ-turned-actress Lekha Washington playing his heroine.The hype around Kettavan was that the story was the real life love story of its hero and a top heroine. Also photos of Silambarasan in ‘Kettavan’ get-up were seen all over and this added to the curiosity factor about the fil. The uncertainty seems to have cropped up with doubt if heroine Lekha Washington was in the film Kettavan.
Silambattam is Lakshmi Movie Makers 25th film which will also be the debut of noted cameraman Saravanan as a director. Mathi is the cameraman for the film and Dhina will be the music director.
