Maddy turns as Producer !
The Filmfare Award-winning actor Madhavan is turning into a producer with the movie Evano Oruvan. Madhavan has set up his own production company, Leukos Films, which will distribute several of his forthcoming films, first of which is going to be Evano Oruvan.He is now shooting in Colombo for ‘Vaazhthukal’, but he is personally seeing the entire marketing of ‘Evano Oruvan’ which is lined up for a worldwide release in December 2007. This Nishikanth directed film is carrying excellent pre-release reports, and is expected to do well in cities and multiplexes across India and overseas.Special premieres are being held overseas, before its theatrical release in India.
`Leukos Films` is going to have sponsored international premieres for Evano Oruvan across the globe. This is first of the sorts where a premiere is held outside India before its release in the theater. Madhavan is taking time off his hectic shooting and will be present at all venues and will also have a “Meet &Greet” with winners of contests in every city along with his team of actress Sangeeta, Nishikanth and Seeman.
Premieres in Los Angeles, New York and Toronto has been planned for 26, 27 and 28 October respectively. The film will be premiered from Nov 6 to 12 in UAE and Nov 22 to 24 in Singapore and Malaysia.
