Nami goes Yoga way !


Namitha has taken to yoga in the recent past to keep her mind and body fit. Discussing this Namitha says that her shooting schedule has increased in the recent past and she does not find much time to go through her regular exercise routine. Hence on friends advise she has taken up Yoga and appointed an instructor for that.

Yoga helps Nami to keep both her mind and body light. She has also given up on her pervious habbit of sleeping-in.When quizzed about her guest appearance in Azhagiya Tamil Magan, she says that she is happy with her role and is proud to be acting with big stars so early in her career. She adds that she will not let go of any such opportunities and will utilize it well.
