Kuruvi is easily one of the most awaited summer blockbusters. Vijay’s next will release in May. The film has been shot in Malaysia and Brazil. More recently, the crew has been shooting in Salem and Chennai. Only the last bit of shooting is still left at Ambasamuthiram, What is unusual about the way Kuruvi is being completed is that even beforeshooting has been wrapped up, post production work has begun. Both processes are taking place simultaneously.
