Sneha’s case confirmed !!
Forensic investigations have confirmed that Sneha’s tormentor Raghavendra had indeed sent her numerous lewd and threatening text messages to her mobile. While initial reports suggested that the Bangalore-based business man sent her marriage proposals, this was proved by the investigators recently.Sources say that with the police proving that threatening and vulgar messages were a part of the SMSs sent, a case against Raghavendra could be filed under the Cyber Crime Act.
Speaking on this, Sneha said that she deferred complaining to the police for a long time but when Raghavendra started to send threatening messages she formally lodged a police complaint.
